Extraordinary achievements and inspiring journeys

    “For the last four years, we have been organizing this; each time getting better and bigger than the last one,” said Prof. Dr. Sanjib Neil Chakraborty, Founder and President of Asia Education Conclave. 

    The awardees across different categories this time – iconic educators, educational leaders, corporate experts, and leading educational institutions and organizations, made up a galaxy of diversity to inspire. 

    Emmanuel Salvador Mundo was awarded the ‘Excellence in Teaching Young Learners’ award. Excellence in teaching young learners is vital for nurturing their curiosity, building a strong academic foundation, and fostering essential skills that shape their future growth and success. With more than 12 years of teaching experience she is now a kindergarten teacher in Cambodia, Emmanuel also volunteers to teach underprivileged students. She has significantly influenced young learners across the Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia. 

    Elisar Montes Bentoso won the ‘Excellence in Teaching English’ award. He is a Senior English Teacher at Apollo Education and Training Organization in Vietnam. With an MA in English Studies and Instruction from Far Eastern University and more than a decade of experience in teaching and curriculum development across the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, he has excelled in integrating technology into education and improving student outcomes, led professional development workshops, and received numerous awards.

    Heri Susanto, S. Pd., M.M, won the ‘Excellence in Teaching English’ award. Currently, an English Teacher at State Senior High School 2 of Mojokerto City and an English Lecturer at Dian Husada University's Nursing and Midwifery program, he is well-known for his teaching, coaching, creativity, multi-tasking, and work ethics. He has received international scholarships and awards for his work as an immersion teacher, English Debate Trainer, and adjudicator across Singapore, the Philippines, and South Korea. 

    Rolly Lazo Subosa won the ‘Excellence in Teaching English’ award. Currently, he is an English teacher at Phachi Soonthornwitthayanukul School with a Bachelor of Elementary Education degree from West Visayas State University-Lambunao Campus and a Master’s in Educational Management from Philippines Christian University-Manila. With experience in both elementary and secondary education, he has taught at different institutions in the Philippines and Thailand, been a judge emcee, coach for various contests, and organized English camps. 

    Dr. Varsha Binth Saif won the ‘Excellence in Teaching English’ award. Proficiency in English helps in global communication, understanding diverse perspectives, utilizing local and global opportunities, and helping individuals thrive in an interconnected world. She is an Asst. Professor of English at HNU-ASU Joint International Tourism College, Hainan University, China, and an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University, USA. She has many years of experience in teaching, a strong research background, and a PhD in English Literature (degree pending). 

    Aung Thurein Latt received the ‘Excellence in Teaching English’ award for his grit in defying the odds of teaching English in Vietnam where education is still developing. It was the crisis triggered by COVID-19 that pushed him to implement the power of education in transforming the region. His innovative approach to teaching language through the lens of design engages students and creates an inclusive classroom environment. 

    Monica Kumar Kumaravel was awarded for ‘Excellence in Teaching Science.’ She is the Coordinator of Science and Biology Teacher at Sri Sankara Global Academy, Chennai, and is widely appreciated for her leadership and dedication, especially for successfully guiding students toward medical careers. She holds a B.Tech and M.Tech in Biotechnology along with a B.Ed in Physical Science. With over a decade of experience in teaching in India and the Maldives, she is known for academic excellence and for producing top results in biology board exams. 

    Air Jaworski Gochangco Obligar received ‘Excellence in Maths Teaching’ and ‘Teacher of the Year - Secondary School’ awards. He specializes in the Cambridge Curriculum at Tamos Education School, Almaty, Kazakhstan, and has decades of experience in teaching Mathematics across various local and international schools in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia. He holds an MA in Education, majoring in Educational Management, and has a certificate from Cambridge Assessment International Education for Extension Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics. 

    Dr. Ilham Kosasih received the ‘Excellence in Maths Teaching’ award. He is the founder of PRIMO (Prime Institute of Math Olympiad) and Math First Academy and is a distinguished mathematics educator and Olympiad trainer. With a doctorate from Universitas Sumatera Utara (2008), he is a Certified Honorable Educational Inspirator (CHEI) and Certified SME Management Consultant (C.SMC). Dr. Kosasih has guided students to numerous national and international Math Olympiad victories, earning recognition for his contributions to education.   

    Dr. Aarthi R. was awarded for ‘Excellence in Social Science Teaching’ and ‘Innovation in Education.’ Social science plays a pivotal role in understanding human behavior, societal structures, and global issues. It provides insights into how individuals and communities interact, helping to address challenges like inequality, poverty, and conflict. Dr. Aarthi R. is a faculty member at CS Academy International, Erode. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise through her diverse educational background and decades of teaching experience.   

    Tey Sin Wei won the ‘Excellence in Language Teaching’ award. She is a Mandarin Teacher and Head of Modern Foreign Languages at Peninsula International School Australia. She holds a Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages from Central China Normal University, a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language from Shanghai Normal University, and a certified HSK Examiner. She has excelled in developing Mandarin course materials, preparing students for global competitions, and achieving "Top in The World" honors in IGCSE foreign languages. 

    Johnrey Limpag Piad received the ‘Excellence in Teaching’ and ‘Lecturer of the Year’ awards for his interactive and impactful education. Mr. Piad is an English lecturer with 16 years of teaching experience and is currently serving at Hoa Sen University, Van Lang University, and the University of Management and Technology in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He has a Bachelor of Secondary Education focusing on Physical Education, Health, and Music, and a Master’s degree in Education specializing in TESOL, and pursuing multiple doctorates. 

    Nenita Pamplona Magpantay was awarded for ‘Excellence in Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching.’ With more than 29 years of experience in special education, she is a Resource Specialist at West Contra Costa Unified School District, El Cerrito High School. Magpanatay is very popular for her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to providing appropriate learning activities that cater to emotional, intellectual, social, and physical growth and creating a supportive learning environment for students with disabilities to learn essential real-world skills. 

    Kumaran S/O Arumugam received the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Adaptive Physical Education’ and ‘Excellence in Special Educational Needs Teaching’ awards. His efforts are a remarkable move towards making education more inclusive. He has worked as Assistant Head of Department at Viva Kids Pte Ltd. and as Head of Department at St. Claire School of Special Education, won the Community Changemaker of the Year 2023, Coach of the Year, Best Overall Performing School in National Athletics Championships and other awards for coaching. 

    Dr. Ayelwin Thaweemaphong won the ‘Excellence in Social Impact’ award for supporting migrant education in Mae Sot since 1990. His contributions, both in support and donations, have led to the establishment of 75 Migrant Learning Centres, providing over 12,000 Myanmar migrant children with access to education. These centres are crucial for children who would otherwise have no opportunity to learn. Dr. Ayelwin holds a PhD in Business Administration from Buhisatra University, USA.

    Mr. Anirban Samanta received the ‘Excellence in Social Work in Education’ award for his exceptional dedication to enhancing educational opportunities for underprivileged children. Inclusive education is the need of the hour; Mr. Samanta’s support has been a great help to students' well-being and fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment. He has an impressive background as an IT professional and has won several national and international awards for his work that reflects compassion for students’ wholesome development. 

    Snehal Maria was recognized as ‘Promising New Teacher of the Year’ and received an award for the same. Maria is a dedicated Preschool Teacher at Vivero International Preschool and Child Care, India. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Jyoti Nivas College, an International Teaching Diploma, and a Cambridge TKT Module 3 certification from the Asian College of Teachers. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Education from the same institution, her commitment to education reflects in her teaching methods.    

    Herah Quinapondan Lauron won ‘Teacher of the Year- Preschool.’ Lauron is a kindergarten teacher at Sakura Olympia Bilingual School in Danang City, Vietnam, and an English teacher at Popodoo English Center. With four years of experience at Maria Montessori School in Quezon City, the Philippines, and a teaching license from the Philippines, she brings a passion for nurturing young minds. Inspired by the advice to "treat your students as your own children," Herah creates a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel valued. 

    Nurhayatul Nira Ramli is an esteemed educator and researcher at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), specializing in early childhood education and financial literacy for children. She has been awarded the ‘Teacher of the Year- Preschool’ award. With over 17 years of experience, she has developed innovative tools like the award-winning 'Smart Money Kit: Bright Kids Smart Money,' earning accolades internationally. Her work continues to impact academic and community programs in early childhood education.

    Neermala Doraisamy received the ‘Teacher of the Year – Preschool’ award for her innovative teaching methods for early childhood education. With around 14 years of experience, she is a preschool teacher at SJKT Lurah Bilut in Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia, and a Master Trainer for preschool teachers. Recognized for her exceptional work, she has received numerous awards, including accolades, and continues to remain committed to improving early childhood education and impacting the broader educational community.  

    Mariammal AP Muniandy was awarded as ‘Preschool Teacher of the Year’ and for ‘Innovation in Teaching.’ She is a dedicated and innovative educator, currently serving as Pemangku Guru Cemerlang. With a Master of Education from Asia e-Learning University, she excels in STEM integration and Project-Based Learning (PBL) and fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills in her students. Passionate about professional development, Muniandy has pursued courses in AI, digital literacy, and STEM education. Her teaching efforts have been recognized with numerous awards.

     The ‘Teacher of the Year – Primary School’ award was presented to Saraswathy Jayasankaran for her innovative teaching methods, particularly the ‘Idea Block’ technique. Her tailored inventions provide the required additional support to students. Presently, she is the Head of the Tamil Language Department and Public Examination Coordinator. She holds a Diploma in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Language & Literature from Universiti Putra Malaysia, and she is currently pursuing a PhD in Bahasa Melayu at Universiti Sains Malaysia. 

    Murtaza Muslim won the ‘Teacher of the Year – Primary School’ award for teaching with a commitment to lifelong learning through various training sessions and workshops. Now he is a teacher at a community learning center and an International School in Bangkok. He has a Bachelor's degree in Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Education. He combines his passion for teaching with a commitment to lifelong learning through various training sessions and workshops. 

    Dr. Renisa Bencly Vaz won the ‘Primary Teacher of the Year’ award for blending creativity and technology into her teaching. She is an educator at the National English School-ICSE in Virar East, Maharashtra, and has over six years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor's of Arts in History and Sociology, a Master’s in English Literature, a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, a Diploma in Teaching Education (D.t.ed), a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in English and History, and a 500-hour TEFL/TESOL certification.

    Thipanraj AL Katigasu won the ‘Teacher of the Year – Secondary School’ award for his exemplary contribution to innovations and innovative approaches to education. He is a Higher Secondary Science Teacher at SMK Taman Sutera in Johor, Malaysia. With a Master’s Degree in Vocational Education and Building Construction from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and 15 years of teaching experience, he specializes in science and innovation, led social service projects in Cambodia and Thailand, and contributed to educational conferences on techniques for answering questions for SPM in Malaysia. 

    Anubha Nathan won the ‘Teacher of the Year – Secondary School’ award for empowering underprivileged girls through STEM education, promoting inclusivity, inspiring the next generation of scientists through innovative teaching strategies, and making science accessible and engaging for all her students. She is an educator at Trang Ruampattana School in Trang, Thailand. As a leader of the Vigyan Jyoti scholarship program, she empowers underprivileged girls through STEM education, promoting inclusivity and inspiring the next generation of scientists. 

    Delfin C. Fernandez won the award for being the ‘Teacher of the Year - Secondary School.’ He is the Head of the English Department at Xin Zhong School, East Surabaya, Indonesia. With a BSE-English degree from the Philippine Normal University-Mindanao, he brings expertise in journalism, debate, and broadcasting. His commitment to education has earned him the title and multiple accolades. Under his mentorship, his students excelled at the 2024 World Scholar's Cup and the 2023 Tournament of Champions at Yale University. 

    Siti Yulaikhah has won the ‘School Supervisor of the Year’ award for playing a crucial role in changing the curriculum in Indonesia, understanding learning outcomes, and encouraging creative teaching methods to enhance student engagement, digitalization of learning through innovative tools like AI, and various educational applications. She provides vital support regarding curriculum changes in Indonesia, particularly the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes flexibility and character development. Currently, she is a school supervisor for the Education Authority of Depok. 

    Dr. (Hon.) Patanjali Bhattacharya was conferred the ‘Exemplary Educator Award’ for his dedication to teaching which has had a profound impact on society. Currently, he is a PGT, Senior CBSE Examiner, and Coordinator at BN Sr. Sec CBSE Vidyalaya, lecturing part-time in Communicative English and HR Management at TISS and RN Tagore University. Dr. Bhattacharya began his career as a teacher in 1995 and has held positions as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Social Sciences and Political Science at various prestigious schools. 

    Phan Le Quynh Hoa was awarded the ‘Lecturer of the Year’ award for her commitment and excellence in education. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD at the University of Paris, specializing in public policy for equity in education in Vietnam. With experience across Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang City, she has developed substantial expertise in her field. Hoa served as a delegate at the Harvard College for Asian and International Relations’ Asia Conference 2024 and mentoring student projects in international entrepreneurship competitions. 

    Albert Masli is the Vice Rector and Lecturer at Institut Bisnis IT&B, Medan, North Sumatra. His passion and extraordinary efforts for improving education in Indonesia won him the ‘Lecturer of the Year’ this time. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Management and has contributed to over 100 schools across 12 provinces through education seminars and talent tests. Albert Masli is also the founder of the MABGI North Sumatra Education and Training Center, and a P4GN activist working with the National Narcotics Agency. 

    Dr. Rimajon Sotlikova won the ‘Professor of the Year’ award. She is an Adjunct Professor and Lecturer in the MA TESOL Program at Webster University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. With 15 years of experience in English Language Teaching, she has taught at prestigious institutions in Indonesia and Uzbekistan and has presented her research at international conferences across Asia and the Middle East. She is also a multilingual speaker, with a BA from Uzbek State World Languages University, an MA in Applied Linguistics, a PhD in Language Education Science from Yogyakarta State University, Indonesia, and other certifications. 

    Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lai Ti Gew won the award for ‘Innovation in Education.’ She is an Associate Professor at Sunway University, School of Medical and Life Sciences, holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Malaya, and focuses on sustainable research, including the discovery of microplastics in edible sea salt. Dr. Gew is also a Bentham Ambassador and is passionate about addressing plastic pollution through research, policy change, and innovation. 

    Dr. Afshana Parven received the ‘Innovation in Education’ award for exceptional work on climate-induced migration, gender justice, and locally-led adaptation. She is a researcher with a PhD in remote sensing and GIS from AIT, Thailand, and dual M.Sc. degrees from Wageningen University and AIT. Dr. Parven is an active member of the World Aquaculture Society. With 16 years of experience, she remains dedicated to advancing sustainable development and resilience.

    The award for ‘Innovation in Teaching’ went to Elan Jaelani for his creative and engaging methods that make learning enjoyable for his students. He creates a ‘spirit of curiosity’ in the classroom that further engages students and makes learning more effective. Presently, he is the Curriculum Master at Senior High School Al-Azhar BSD@Cileungsi. His adaptability and quick learning skills allow him to integrate new insights into his curriculum management and problem-solving strategies, enhancing educational outcomes. 

    Dr. Stepanus S. Hut., MP won awards as ‘Corporate Trainer of the Year’ and for ‘Innovation in Education.’ He is a Senior Trainer in the Human Resource Development Department of Kalimantan Tengah Province, Indonesia. With more than 15 years of expertise in leadership training and human resource development, he is recognized for his innovative approach, particularly in implementing digital-based training through a learning management system. He specializes in leadership, project management, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) training. 

    Mr. Ekapong Kaewrap was honored with the ‘Educational Innovation in Health Sciences’ award for developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the quality, safety, and standards of medical equipment systems. He is a biomedical engineer playing a pivotal role in advancing educational innovation in health sciences in Thailand. He engages in self-development and knowledge sharing, empowering youth and professionals in the healthcare field, fosters a culture of continuous learning, and is involved in advancing medical technology and healthcare services. 

    Sushmitha D J was awarded the ‘Excellence in Medical Education’ award and currently, she is a Senior Health Officer at Maurya Multispeciality Hospital in Mysuru, Karnataka. With three years of experience in medicine and recent GMC registration to practice in the UK, she is passionate about both healthcare and teaching. Sushmitha has led educational sessions on “Radiation Hazards and Protection Techniques” for medical students and plans to expand this initiative nationally. She also volunteers at medical camps for underserved communities. 

    The ‘Head Teacher of the Year’ award went to Vaewwan Maneesilawong. She was a tutor at Yangon University before becoming a Head Mistress of Hsa Thoo Lei, one of the largest migrant and orphanage schools in Mae Sot, Tak. Later she became the Chairperson of the Burmese Migrant Workers Education Committee (BMWEC) – it is an organization that supports 75 migrant learning centres in Mae Sot. Maneesilawong continues to advocate for migrant education as the chairwoman of the BMWEC. 

    Gareth Clive Allman was conferred the ‘Principal of the Year’ for his strategic management, curriculum development, and child safeguarding. He is the Executive Principal of Peninsula International School Australia, Malaysia Campus (PISA) and has more than 25 years of leadership experience in international and independent schools across Africa and Asia and hold a Bachelor of Education. Under his leadership, PISA has seen an 80% growth in enrolment, restructured into sub-schools, and expanded its professional development programs. 

    Mazira Binti Mohd Zain won the ‘Principal of the Year’ and ‘Best School Management Practices’ awards for exemplary leadership and dedication to student development. Currently, she is the Principal of Putrajaya Precinct 9 (2) High School, Malaysia. She also won the ‘Best School Management Practices’ for making it a center of excellence. SAMA promotes community involvement, empowering students to contribute to the creative landscape while developing essential life skills such as teamwork and leadership. 

    Dr. Swarnabha Saxena won awards for the ‘Principal of the Year’ and ‘Outstanding Contribution in Education’ as well for holistic student development, implementing innovative teaching methods aligned with NEP 2020. He is the Principal of Holy Rock School. Since assuming leadership, he has expanded the school’s academic offerings, including the introduction of ISC sections for Science, Commerce, and Humanities in 2014. Dr. Saxena specializes in holistic student development, implementing innovative teaching methods aligned with NEP 2020. 

    Peter Israel Frideswide Arthur won the ‘School Leader of the Year’ award for his leadership expertise in curriculum development, budgeting, staff recruitment, and character education. He is the Senior Teacher and Head of Gifted and Talented Education at Vinschool The Harmony in Hanoi, Vietnam. He has more than 19 years of post-qualified teaching experience in both British and international schools, an MA from the University of Cambridge, an M.Sc from Salford University, and several academic and professional certifications. 

    The award for ‘Excellence in Educational Administration’ went to Dr. A.V. Sri Suhardiningsih for her expertise and experience in nursing, education, and healthcare leadership. Currently, she is the Director of Hang Tuah Surabaya Health Sciences Institute and has been honored for her contributions to the COVID-19 Task Force in East Java. She is a former First Admiral in the Indonesian Navy and is recognized for her work in health workforce development and quality assurance in education and healthcare. 

    Dr. Binu Siva Singh S K was awarded the ‘Excellence in Academic Leadership’ award. Currently, he is the Registrar of Jeppiaar University, Chennai. With over a decade of experience in academic leadership, he has demonstrated excellence in student registration, academic records management, and technology adaptation, contributed to numerous conferences and publications, earned recognition for his leadership, and won multiple awards. Dr. Singh also actively participates in global educational panels, fostering international collaborations to advance academic standards. 

    Dr. Chayarnithsarr Khanijor received the award for ‘Outstanding International Education Leadership’ for her remarkable leadership in international education. Currently, she is the Director of International Affairs at Pathumthani University and the Co-Founder of North-Chiang Mai International College. Her work includes pioneering English language programs, establishing overseas study centers, and promoting Thai culture through student exchange programs with institutions such as the National University of Singapore.

    Dr. Adrian Raj Angappan is an expert in educational leadership and curriculum development. He was awarded the ‘Exemplary Leadership in Cross-Cultural Education Programs’ award. Dr. Angappan is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Head at Amity Global Institute, Singapore. He brings more than 20 years of experience in regional sales, marketing, and academia. Specializing in cross-cultural communication, he leads the Study Abroad Program, offering impactful learning experiences. Dr. Angappan holds a Professional Doctorate in Education from EIU Paris and EBU.

    Dr. Steven Khaw was awarded the ‘Educational Leader of the Year’ and ‘Outstanding Contribution in Education’ awards. He is a distinguished professional with a career spanning over two decades. Renowned for his contributions to training, coaching, and mentoring, he has earned numerous accolades. Dr. Khaw’s expertise has positively impacted global corporations and educational institutions, solidifying his reputation as an influential leader in professional development.

     Jayachandra Raju Pathapati was awarded the ‘Educational Leader of the Year’ for significant contributions as the Founder Trustee and Chairman of Global Education Trust – Daksha College in Mysuru, India. Besides ensuring academic excellence and knowledge for ambitious careers, the Daksha College, Mysuru is a creche for learners with quality education supporting their holistic development. Mr. Pathapati’s leadership gave the institution direction in emerging as one of the most effective centers of education nurturing young minds for achieving the best in their pursuance.

    Sudeep Palekar’s contributions were recognized with an award as the ‘Educational Leader of the Year.’ He is the Director of Education at Saint Peter’s School in Jakarta, Indonesia, overseeing both National and International Curriculums. With over 22 years of experience in the education sector, including roles such as Head of Department and Vice Principal, he holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Ed., along with a certification in Educational Leadership from Cambridge International. 

    Saodat Tadjibaeva Shuxratovna won the ‘Best Teacher Trainer’ award for her expertise across multiple domains, including General English, EAP, ESP, and exam preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, and Cambridge certifications. Presently, she is the CEO and Founder of TESOL MASTERS Teacher Training Centre in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. With a commitment to lifelong learning, she also conducts independent research in assessment and hosts the popular TV program “Education Today,” making her a transformative voice in education in Uzbekistan and beyond. 

    Mr. Vilash Khatri won the ‘Corporate Trainer of the Year’ award for his supervisory and managerial roles across prestigious hotels and institutions worldwide. With more than 31 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he is a seasoned Master Hospitality Trainer, International Life Skill Coach, and Public Speaking Trainer. Currently, he is a Learning & Development Manager at Hyatt Regency Hotel, and has been writing a book on "Human Mechanism.” 

    Dr. Unnikrishnan Tharakkal Thanju Kutty was awarded ‘Excellence in Mentoring’ for his outstanding contributions. He is a former Area 5 Director for Toastmasters and former president of several clubs. With 30 years of expertise in office furniture sales, complemented by 5 years of experience as a professional lecturer and mentor, he holds a B.Sc., MBA, and certifications in Transactional Analysis and is certified by the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA). He has also developed the “UniK Psycho-Sales Model,” blending psychology and sales techniques.

    Autchara Ngamnoun won the ‘Excellence in Professional Learning & Development’ award for her commitment to continuous professional development and creating a sustainable learning environment that has transformed Suranaree University of Technology Hospital (SUTH) into a thriving educational institution, elevated healthcare delivery and quality of life for the community. She is an accomplished educational specialist and the head of Educational and Research Support at SUTH.

    Dr. Nandita K K Choudhury is a lecturer at The Open University of Malaysia, TARMUT, an active contributor to the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and its Council Member and Vice-President. Dr. Choudhury has been awarded for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Corporate Education’ and ‘Excellence in Professional Education and Training.’ She remains an active contributor to MAICSA, currently serving as a Council Member and Vice-President, and is involved in various committees.

    Dr. Kwun Hang Lau was recognized as an ‘Edupreneur of the Year’ for creating a transformative impact on education and community engagement at CCC Tam Lee Lai Fun Memorial Secondary School in Hong Kong. Currently, he is the Head of the Economics Panel and Deputy Head of School Development. Dr. Lau has a Professional Doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership; pioneered the “1.5 km Experiential Learning Circle” concept and secured $10 million in funding for improving educational programs. 

    Tiara Pelangi Lubis won the ‘Edupreneur of the Year’ as well as ‘Outstanding Contribution in Education’ awards. She is the CEO of Olympichamp; a dedicated educator and innovator. With a background in chemistry and petroleum engineering, she has established Olympichamp, a learning centre focused on preparing Indonesian students for international academic competitions. Through her leadership, Olympichamp has achieved remarkable success, with over 500 medals won by students in various global Olympiads.   

    Peramalata Arumugam is the Managing Director of Eduwin Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia, and leads the international Smart Reader Kids franchise. She holds a Diploma in Education from Maktab Perguruan Pulau Pinang, a Master's in Education from Open University Malaysia, and is completing an EdD in Instructional Technology.     Ts. Shahrul Nizam Mohamad Razali was awarded as the ‘Edupreneur of the Year’ for his exceptional entrepreneurship and digital learning. He is a Certified Professional Technologist (Ts.) with over 18 years of experience in IT services and infrastructure at Malaysia Airlines. Mhd. At a tender age, she has already created educational flashcards and worksheets covering the alphabet, numeracy, phonics, and more. Rahini has also launched her own YouTube channel and website to share educational videos. She has earned international recognition and has participated in notable events such as the Faber Castell Young Artist Award and the Mental Math World Cup.

    Dr. Amrita Panda received the ‘Best Initiative in Inclusion & Wellbeing’ for her commitment to stress and anxiety management, relationship issues, chronic illnesses, education and empowerment, advocacy for neurodiverse adults, and the like through DeepRanjani Foundation. She is a Rehabilitation Psychologist, NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist, and the Founder and Managing Director of DeepRanjani Foundation. She began her career as an academic researcher in mental health, presenting her findings at esteemed global conferences and publishing her research. 

    Dr. Ravindra Vinjamuri won the ‘Champion of Educational Innovation and Inclusion’ award for his astonishing achievements in musical healing. He calmed an autistic child using music. This experience sparked his research into the therapeutic power of music and led him to create the patented Gen AI platform for musical healing – Hygriva, and program, “Dr. RV’s Hygriva Transformation,” that has healed more than 2,000 individuals, addressing autism, learning disorders, neuro conditions, breast cancer, fertility issues, elderly care, and more. Currently, Hygriva is active in five countries. 

    Natasha Nuralanis binti Zulkipli received the award for being an ‘Outstanding Innovator in Language Education.’ She is a distinguished educator with a Bachelor of Teaching in TESL and a Master of Education in Early Childhood Care and Education. She has significantly contributed to technology integration in education and has been recognized for her efforts in bridging the digital divide between rural and urban students, earning the Best Paper Presenter award at the International Conference on Education & Learning Technology in Bali, 2024.  

    Narendranath Uppala received the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Pedagogy for English Language Training’ award for his innovative and algorithm-based training methods that have successfully trained over 27,000 individuals and enabled and accelerated English learning. Power My English (PME), founded by Narendranath Uppala won the ‘Excellence & Innovation in English Training’ award for its innovative methodology that allows learners to internalize the language with minimal effort, making it accessible to a wider number of students.  

    Dr. Sunil Maria Benedict won the award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Research in Education’ for his expertise in management, finance, and educational psychology. He is the Head of the Research Cell. Dr. Benedict holds a PhD in Management, a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from the Asian College of Teachers (European International University, Paris), an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and several advanced certifications. He brings significant experience and academic rigor to his current role shaping the future of business education. 

    Dr. Hardik B. Ramani was awarded for ‘Outstanding Research in Technical Education.’ He is the Founder Trustee and Managing Director of Genius Public School, overseeing five educational campuses in Gujarat, India, and is a professor at an engineering institute. Dr. Ramani is also a lecturer at The Open University of Malaysia and TARUMT, and continues to serve as a Council Member and Vice-President at MAICSA.     TS Mohd Syafarim Bin MD Ishak won the award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Sports Education’ for his exceptional role as a Senior Lecturer and Manager at Politeknik Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah (POLISAS) in Kuantan, Malaysia. He is a Professional Technologist accredited by the Malaysia Board of Technologists and serves on the Technology and Technical Accreditation Council (TTAC) and also Vice President of the Malaysian Aquatic Rescue Association and a technical official for international triathlon and open water events. 

    The award for ‘Outstanding Contribution in Education’ went to Dr. Mohammad Nazmul Hasan Maziz. He is a distinguished individual in the field of Medical Microbiology at the Graduate School of Medicine, Perdana University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Dr. Maziz has been instrumental in developing curricula for various programs, including the Doctor of Medicine (MD), MBBS, Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), and Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (BBMS), contributing to the training of more than 3,000 medical and dental professionals. 

    Dr. Bivek Singh won the ‘Outstanding Contribution in Education’ award for his crucial role in improving healthcare education in Nepal and beyond. Currently, he is the Subject Lead for Physical Education and Co-Curricular Activities at Lighthouse School, Singapore, specializing in supporting visually impaired students. Dr. Singh has earned an MD in Neurology from Tongji University and has been extensively trained at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Singh has played a pivotal role in building Nepal’s healthcare sector. 

    Marcelino Jr. Torres Pesigan received the prestigious award for ‘Outstanding Contribution in Education.’ With over two decades of teaching experience across the Philippines, Indonesia, Qatar, Thailand, and the USA, he founded A.M.J Precious Kids School, Inc. in Porac, Pampanga, the Philippines, to provide affordable quality education and scholarships to deserving students. Dr. Pesigan is also the program coordinator for the Bachelor of Education in Physical Education at City College of Angeles City. 

    Mr. Zillar Rahaman received the ‘Outstanding Contribution in Education’ award for in-service teacher training at various levels and authoring nine educational books. Currently, he is an Assistant Teacher of English at Ramnagar High Madrasah (H.S) in Murshidabad, West Bengal, India. He holds double Master's degrees in English and Education, along with B.Ed. and M.Ed. qualifications. Mr. Rahaman has significantly contributed to in-service teacher training at various levels and has authored nine educational books.

    Vasanthi Bala has won the ‘Outstanding Contribution in Education’ award for her expertise in supporting students with learning disabilities. Currently, she is a Freelance Reading Coach at LUCA International School in Johor, Malaysia.  With 35 years of experience in education, she has progressed from Teacher Assistant to Senior Teacher and Elementary Manager. At 55, she earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Special Education Needs and since January 2024, she has been designing customized reading programs and innovative curricula as a freelance coach.

Their team of experienced education counselors and consultants offers comprehensive guidance on course selection, financial considerations, scholarships, and employment opportunities. 

    Sekolah Kebangsaan Dato’ Wan Kemara won the award for ‘Best Social Project towards Education.’ It is a prestigious school in Kedah, Maladdddysia known for its excellence in education, holistic development, and best educational practices in Malaysia. Established in 1892 in Kedah, Malaysia it has achieved international recognition through numerous awards, including Gold and Silver medals at global invention and innovation expos.
